The system should send notifications* when following events occur:

• Content has been sitting in workflow (unpublished) for X** days – notify all users in workflow and content owner

• Content has been published – notify all users in workflow and content owner

• Content has been rejected – notify content author

• – notifications should be in the form of email (future feature: cms inbox view)
  o – this value should be configurable by conent owner

Add “Edit History” view, displaying UserID, Date, and Action (Create, Edit, Delete, Worflow submit, Reject, etc.)

Enforce approval workflow for all edits, not just for initial content creation.

Add ability to set content expiration date. Content owner/editors should be notified in advance.
